Shipping Policy

Our goal is to keep customers clearly informed throughout the entire shipping process, from order confirmation to delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared and processed within approximately 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are handled during business days only. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping timeframes.

Delivery Timeframe

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is usually 10–20 business days.

While many parcels are delivered within this period, delivery times may differ depending on the destination country, courier service, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, courier delays, high-volume seasons, weather conditions, or other logistical disruptions.

Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
